唾液腺内窥镜器械包

和其他手术一样，对于不同的病种、同一病种不同的情况，涎腺镜治疗中需要的器械是不一样的。但是可以准备基本的器械套装，以便放治疗过程更流畅以及减少向巡回护士索要器械频率。

涎腺镜治疗过程中需要的器械套装可以参考以下两种：

1. In-office sialendoscopy basic equipment

Telescope

• 1.1 or 1.3 mm all-in-one sialendoscope
  • Light source
  • Camera

Irrigation

• IV pole with 250 mL 0.9% NaCl saline and tubing with stopcock or 3-way valve
• 10-mL syringe

Anesthetic

• 1% Lidocaine with 1:100,000 epinephrine
• Optional: Viscous lidocaine oral topical solution 2%

Surgical instruments

• Cheek retractor
• Conical dilator
• Lacrimal probes
• Toothed forceps
• Hemostat
• Scissors

Disposables

• 50-cm Fixed core wire guide (straight)
• Salivary access dilator set (4F, 5F, 6F, and7F)

Optional

• Wire basket
