boutonnière是一个法语词，意思是“扣眼”，mylohyoid boutonnière指的是下颌舌骨肌上的扣眼状的缺损，这是一种解剖变异。

教科书上对下颌舌骨肌的描述是一块完整的扁平状的肌肉，两侧的这一肌肉在中线连接构成了一个完整的肌性口底。但尸体研究发现，这块肌性口底在有些人群中并不是完整的，可能在两块肌肉接缝处或肌肉内形成裂隙，这一比例在27.3%-58%不等[1, 2, 3, 4, 5]；通过影像学检查，在100例对象中，有77例出现了下颌舌骨肌的这种扣眼状缺损[6]。

口底的组织，如舌下腺或/和脂肪组织可以通过缺损的地方疝入颌下或者颏下区（有些文献中将这些疝入的舌下组织叫做sublingual bouton），而临床检查时如不注意，可能会把这种疝入的组织当作病变甚至肿瘤。
